Quality control engineers are those people who have the right to reject any product on any stage of production, in the case if this product contradicts our quality standards. All steps and decisions that are made during the production are documented and then viewed by specialists of the quality control centre. The equipment that is used in the production is under control of the specialists as well. All these actions prevent our products from any contamination in the process of production. We also keep the production records which are connected with every unit of a product including all raw materials for two years after the expiration date.
Our products are passing further quality tests:
Product analysis - is made for every produced product. This analysis includes definite specific ingredients of the herbal product (a lot number for every component and the production methods).
Raw materials – we buy them only from reliable wholesaler dealers. Each raw material comes with a Certificate of Analysis that is provided from our supplier. Our team also authenticates all raw materials.
Packaging material – these materials are purchased only from reputable wholesale dealers as well. Specific quality assurance personal ensure that all labels are assigned to the proper products manufactured to avoid any confusion. All new labels are cross checked with the original master label to ensure that no mistakes have been made during the printing process.
Lot Numbers – every herbal supplement to is entered in the production records and we give a special lot number to each product.

In addition to what have been mentioned earlier we should say that we also control the quality of our products on the following stages of production:
Blending and Granulation –the director of operations checks all the equipment that is used in the process of mixing and granulation. After that raw materials are finally inspected using the strict written guidelines for each of our herbal products. Following granulation and blending the powder blends are put in specifically made containers that provide our products with freshness in order to escape any kind of contamination. Then the director of operations verifies that all new blends are labeled in the right way.
Encapsulation and Compression - the director of operations checks all the equipment that is used in the process of mixing and granulation. After that, raw materials are finally inspected using the strict written guidelines for each of our herbal products. When the new unit has been checked by quality assurance the production of the full line may start. The capsules are also put in special containers to provide our products with freshness. The director of operations checks all new capsules to be labeled in a proper way.
Liquids – the production of these products are also guided and checked according to the strictest quality protocol like the processes that are mentioned above (blending, encapsulation, granulation, and compression procedures).
Packaging and Inspection – we inspect the quality of the final product again by our quality control team, it means that we remove all over filled capsules, broken tablets, and other defective products from the lot. After that approved products are either bottled and labeled for consumer use (labels include the appropriate information as required by the Federal Drug Administration, batch numbers are logged) or are packaged for bulk storage. We label all products and close them with a tamper proof seal. We also keep the samples of raw materials (for one year after the expiration date) and finished products (for one year after the product expiration date) under control conditions. We ensure you that all liquid products are produced under the same strictest control standards.
Final Products – we put all final products in quarantine, where the environment is controlled. The products remain there till the time they are finally delivered to our customers.
